Originally from Shenyang, China, I joined the Classical Philosophy Program at Princeton in 2016. Before coming here, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Classics and Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015. My main philosophical interest lies in ancient philosophy (especially Middle, Late Plato’s and Aristotle’s ethics and philosophy of perception). On a broader scope, I have strong interests in ethics, philosophy of mind, Chinese philosophy, and philosophy of gender and race. When I am not spending time with the ancients, I enjoy running, practicing yoga, playing piano, visiting museums and galleries, and meditating.
